"I have worked in the Healthcare field for over a decade and specialize in Long Term Care/ Geriatrics. TierMax was founded from a passion for serving families who need dependable, compassionate support that they can trust. After seeing so many families struggle with the decision to leave their loved ones in a Nursing Home due to busy schedules, no support, or burnout , I knew that this was not a decision, but a calling.
